Bebe Rexha takes over Seattle on the 'Best F'n Night Of My Life' Tour

June 13, 2023

Bebe Rexha is back on the road for her first headline tour in over 6 years and brought the party, the glitz and a whole lot of dancing to the historic Showbox SoDo in Seattle, Washington.

Since bursting almost a decade ago Bebe Rexha has come a long way from her grassroots starts which even included a run on now defunct Vans Warped Tour. Through these early years Rexha evolved as an artist until she found her trademark calling which ended up catapulting her career to new levels. Her secret? Writing and singing some of the best pop songs of the decades both of her own material and with the biggest artists in the game including David Guetta, Florida Georgia Line, G-Eazy, Nicki Minaj Martin Garrix, Doja Cat & more. The list of artists Bebe Rexha has collaborated with is long but at the core of every song remains her stunning vocals and absolute party vibes that she brings to every track. The same vibe burst into reality the moment she took the stage in Seattle as the crowd went wild as the iconic pop-star hit the stage with a blinding burst of purple LED lighting before coming into the spotlight to reveal her stunning green party attire.

Across a comprehensive, career encompassing setlist Bebe Rexha reminded her fans that no one has dominated the EDM and pop charts like she has in the past decade. From stunning solo performances early in the set of original material such as opening track "I'm Not High, I'm In Love" to the career defining masterpiece and chart topping "I'm Good (Blue)" with David Guetta - Bebe Rexha reigned supreme with a stunning performance in Seattle. Fans danced, sang and cheered along all night long supporting their appointed queen as she gave a masterful example of some of the best contemporary pop songs around.

While the historic Showbox SoDo was a wonderful venue to host this Tuesday night pop-rave, it was an injustice as Bebe Rexha deserves (and will soon with no doubt) be playing to crowds 3x or 4x that venue. The sheer volume of streams on her Spotify account alone demonstrated the reach her music has had over the years and now that she is back on the road it will only be a matter of time before people see what they missed on the 'Best F*n Night of My Life Tour.' The FOMO from the Instagram Stories, photos and incredible times that Rexha brought to her fans will only further cement her place amongst the greats of pop. For now the tour rolls on and will be coming through locally to the Fillmore on Tuesday, June 20. Trust us when you say it is a night that you won't want to miss because if you do it will be the 'worst night of your life' at home tour.

Stone Temple Pilots’ return to Pennsylvania for RockFest was more than just another stop on tour as the band isn't on the road promoting a new album or anything particular at the moment making this one off show truly special. Their festival headline slot was a true celebration of a band that has not only endured but continues to thrive. After more than twenty years of music, their headline performance in Grantville showed that Stone Temple Pilots are still writing their best chapters. When Jeff Gutt first stepped in as lead singer, fans were curious about how he would fill the shoes of such an iconic role of those who came before him. A few years and countless shows later, there’s no longer any question. Gutt has evolved into the frontman the band always seemed to be waiting for - powerful, confident, and endlessly engaging. His vocals are as sharp and reliable as ever, but his presence has grown into something magnetic. Whether pacing the stage with fiery energy or locking eyes with fans in the crowd, Gutt now owns every moment in the spotlight. It has reached a point where it is harder to imagine Stone Temple Pilots without Gutt versus any version prior to his arrival with the band. As always, Robert and Dean DeLeo provided the backbone of STP’s unmistakable sound. Their tight musicianship and playful energy were the perfect counterbalance to Gutt’s intensity as he sprinted around the stage (and even jump off into the crowd at one point). The brothers looked like they were having just as much fun as the crowd, trading riffs, smiles, and moments of pure musical joy throughout the night. It was a reminder that their chemistry is the true heartbeat of this band, and it’s never sounded stronger. The night was a journey through the full scope of Stone Temple Pilots’ career. Fans were treated to a perfect balance of old favorites, deeper cuts, and fresh material. “Big Bang Baby” was a standout moment of the set early on, soaring with Gutt’s vocals. Hearing the classics re-energized while newer songs slid in seamlessly made the set feel both nostalgic and fresh at the same time. If this RockFest performance was any indication, Stone Temple Pilots are in the middle of an exciting new era. For long-time listeners and new fans alike, that means one thing: it’s time to get ready for more shows, more songs, and more unforgettable nights like this one. What is next for Stone Temple Pilots may be up in the air but one thing is for certain, they remain one of the tightest live bands in the genre.
